I'm excited to share some of what I do and what I've learned over the last two decades

trying to do this stuff. Yeah, I mean, people may not realize, but we've done a number of

our courses here at your studio. And I think, and, you know, what that has obviously shown us is

that you're as, you know, experienced and busy as a producer and engineer as you are as a bass

player. So I think one of the coolest things about this course is you bring that perspective

Like my idea of sounds comes from how they fit in a mix or in an arrangement as

opposed to sort of how they sound in the practice room or, you know, or at home when I'm playing with pedals. I don't really, you know, I come at it from a different way. Right. So let's go back. So when you were, when you were coming up, were you always a bass player? Um, when I was a, my, My parents are musicians, but they're, you know, not professional musicians.
