Hey, everybody. Welcome to the Hey Frasch podcast. I'm your host, Sarah Frazier. I'm waiting for Teddy Beats, by the way, to get me a new intro song. You know, I'm not sure what we're going to do. If we're going to kind of just like put Sammy's name, I don't know, if we just beep it out or if we just like get rid of it all together. I haven't decided. But anyway, so in the meantime, while I'm waiting on that, I decided to have a little BB Rex in this morning and have in the name of love. So welcome to the show, you guys. Thank you so much. I got so many emails, of course, since last Thursday with all the reaction of Sammy being gone from the show you guys were amazing most of it by the way really positive and then a couple people of course who wanted to know

you know it seemed to like everybody was upset and feelings were hurt and I feel like this I mean

this is what I wanted to say to you guys, which is I have always said from the start

on this show that I wanted it to be truly real, that I wanted it to be completely the good,

the bad, and I always want this show to be anything goes to entertain and inspire and just

to be amazing. So with that, there comes some highs and

there come some lows. And I think on Thursday, I know some people were like, damn, it seems like,

you know, Sammy seemed upset and kind of callous about leaving. But I think it's really all about

love. And, you know, any time you go through any change it is really tough at

time so um i just really appreciate your support you guys were so amazing and it is the end of an error

as you know i got very choked up i was very emotional uh but anyhow um so today's show i want to

just kind of tell you guys like a little bit of an update in what I'm going to do moving forward because a lot of people have asked that. A lot of people, by the way, thought that the show was over altogether. And I'm like, no, no, the Hey Frisch podcast continues. It's not stopping. So, yeah, it's going to carry on. And I think this is what I'm trying to figure out over the next couple of days,

which maybe you guys can help me with.

So, you know, I want to find and launch a nationwide search for a replacement.

But I'm kind of torn if, in fact, maybe it's not one co-host.
