Hi friends, are you fasting clean, inside and out? So when it comes to weight loss we focus a lot on what and when we eat.

It makes sense because these foods affect our hormones and how our bodies store and burn fat.

But do you know what is possibly one of the most influential factors in weight

gain and it's not your food and it's not fasting? It's actually our skin care and makeup. So as it turns out, Europe has banned over a thousand compounds found in

conventional skin care and makeup in the US due to their toxicity. These include
