I can't believe I started reviewing music before these songs existed because it feels like they created collectively the entire lane that I occupy.

Yeah, for sure. Like pop songs that people will take extremely seriously on a critical level, but also have to contend with the fact that like regular people who just like music have really strong feelings about them, right?
