Stephen, I are both guilty of packing too light in the backcountry when it comes to first aid,

both from an equipment and gear perspective as well as a knowledge perspective.

I mean it's pointless to have everything you need for a first aid emergency if you don't know how to use it.

And so we talk about both of those topics tonight in this episode with a couple of guys from
