| 1:01.0 | metaphor. If you're having a hard time getting started, you know, |
| 1:05.0 | like I said on Monday, I record all of these at the same time in the same |
| 1:09.0 | session. And if you listen to each of the episodes this week, |
| 1:15.0 | my voice gets better every single time. Monday, I sound it terrible, |
| 1:20.0 | but I literally recorded Monday like 20 minutes ago. |
| 1:24.0 | And I was like, I'm going to say, Tuesday was better. And then Wednesday was |
| 1:28.0 | better. And Thursday was a little better. And today I'm almost back to normal |
| 1:33.0 | because I took action. And there was resistance on the Monday episode. |
| 1:37.0 | Like there was just little of these stuff in my throat, like just resisting |
| 1:41.0 | the air that was coming out of my my larynx, right? And it just got easier |
| 1:47.0 | and easier and easier. And it sounded better and better and better. |
| 1:51.0 | And that's what's going to happen when you start taking action. |
| 1:55.0 | There's going to be resistance in the beginning. But if you just keep going |
| 2:00.0 | and you keep showing up, you find that the resistance starts to go away. |
