coaching conference and I learned so much.

I love going to conferences because I just always walk away with so much more wisdom.

And it is so amazing to be around people that think on a different level.

It's a different kind of vibe to be around people who take responsibility for their thoughts

and feelings instead of outsourcing it to other people, which is kind of rare. We do a lot of

outsourcing our happiness in the way that we feel to other people. And we rely on other people

to make us feel happy. And that's what's different about coaching

is coaching is we rely on our own selves for our happiness. So I wanted to talk a little bit about

coaching today and tell you what exactly it is and how it can be different from therapy. I have

been in a lot of therapy in my life and therapy has really helped me out a lot. I have been in a lot of therapy in my life, and therapy has really helped me out

a lot. I have worked with invaluable therapists and psychologists and psychiatrists that have helped me

in so many ways and at different times in my life. It's not like I went to therapy at one point

in my life, and then I was like, okay, I'm good to go.

The therapist that I work with in college is not the same therapist that I work with that

teaches me how to raise a child with OCD and anxiety.

There are many different kinds of therapists as there are coaches.
