shutting down all the schools. I'm just feeling a little stressed. I didn't go to yoga tonight because I guess I'm not going to yoga anymore.

I can do yoga at home. Actually, my studio does an online thing. But here's the thing like I really only like to do about 80% out of the workout.

like a power yoga studio and I used to go to this class called Invigorate, which was like so fast and

honestly so far beyond my skill set. And now I only go to the activate classes, which is slower and

like not so bad at yoga when I'm not like so tired. I'm literally going to fall over, but I do

like to kind of go at my own pace and like when I don't want to do stuff, I just don't do it.
