Today, we have a very special guest.

Another former Nintendo co-worker, this time it's Sean, who's been on the podcast before.

Sean worked in the sales and retail department.

We thought, what is a better time than now to pick his brain about everything to do with switch to pre-orders, switch to launch?

What is Nintendo doing at launch for the system?

What are they working on right now to make it easy for us, hopefully? Sean has the answers that we do not. So we're excited to talk to him.

This is such a great episode because out there there's a lot of rumors swirling, a lot of assumptions being made about what is happening in the world of retailers.

And we don't know the answers. We didn't work in sales. We didn't work in retail. So it is great that we can bring in somebody who is literally an expert at this, somebody who literally has the answers to these questions. Yeah. We are going to get to those when he talked to him in just a few minutes. Yeah. I think it's great because Nintendo has also been out there saying stuff like, you know, we've seen from Q&A's from Mr. Fuokawa about we're going to do everything we can to combat these scalpers. We're going to do everything we can to do such and such. I feel like Sean can tell us whether or not they really are going to be doing everything they can or what can they do. So I have these questions swirling kind of in my head too. So I'm excited to talk to him and get some answers. And I think it's going to be a great discussion. We didn't even have to ask Sean to come on. He volunteered. He volunteered themselves. And I said, I've got some things I want to say. I want to get out there. He wants to drop some truth bombs on all of you because you're right.

There is a lot of like random presumptions, rumors, all these things that I think that just are

out there that are actually just not true and people would just perpetuate these rumors.

For example, when a retailer has a placeholder price for placeholder price for the Nintendo Switch 2, that's $400. People assume, oh, it's $400. They must know. We're going to be answering that question. Yes. Do they actually know? Definitively. Yes. Defendatively. Yes. Dispel the rumors and speculations with the truth. We have another of our old co-workers who also did the same thing and reached out and said,

I got to come on soon.

So this seems to be a popular thing amongst our friends.

People want to get some stuff off their chest.

This has got some people worked up.
