Say goodbye to the food police and hello to peace. Welcome to the Love Food podcast, hosted by

0:06.9

dietitian and food behavior expert Julie Duffy Dillon. This authentically engineered series is in

0:13.5

the form of a love letter welcoming you to reconnect with food. Now pour a cup of coffee or a

0:19.9

margarita and let's begin.

0:30.9

Hi and welcome to episode 158 of a love food podcast. I am Julie Duffy Dillon, registered dietitian, and partner on your

0:43.1

food peace journey. I am so glad you're here. Thank you for connecting today. And part of

0:50.2

my sorrow is that this is the last episode of season three of the Love Food podcast. It's been

0:58.3

such a great season and I'm feeling a bit of a dichotomy because I'm going to really miss

1:25.1

So I'm looking forward to the break and the extra rest of not recording, but I'm going to miss it.

1:31.4

And every time I've taken a break, when I come back, I am super energized and I'm looking forward to

1:37.2

that feeling when I have some new ideas.

1:39.6

And I can't wait to share them with you.

1:42.8

But there's a big old butt there. I will be re-releasing my

1:46.9

PCOS and Food Piece podcast that I did with Kimmy Singh last September. And, you know,

1:53.8

it was a separate podcast that we had under, you know, that name. And instead of you having to go

2:00.1

and hunt for it, what I'm going to do

2:01.4

is I'm just going to re-release it this summer under the Love Food podcast. So it's the same

2:07.0

episodes and the same great guests. And you'll get to hear all about what Kimmy and I were doing

2:13.5

with PCOS. And the thing about that's really cool about this podcast, what people have told me,
