| 0:08.0 | I mean, when you think about it, beliefs make up our world. |
| 0:12.0 | You see, if you believe something to be true about yourself, whether it be positive or negative, |
| 0:18.0 | you begin to seek more of it. |
| 0:20.0 | It becomes like a validation for you. It becomes |
| 0:23.5 | an evidence for you to think that this is true for where you are right now. So if you believe |
| 0:31.2 | that you're not good enough or you're not worthy or you have a certain belief around money |
| 0:35.6 | or relationships or all men are certain, or all women are other ways, |
| 0:40.3 | it means that we begin to live by that belief system. |
| 0:45.1 | That belief system gives us that internal dialogue, |
| 0:49.7 | the feelings that we experience, and the behaviours which actually give us our results. So all of those |
| 0:56.8 | begin to make up our reality. Now the interesting thing about beliefs are that they're all subjective. |
| 1:05.0 | Beliefs are what we think is right or what we think is true. So even if it is, even if we know that it's completely illogical |
| 1:14.1 | to have that belief system, we will begin to still experience it, think it and believe it and |
| 1:20.4 | kind of know it in our mind and keep on producing the exact same results. Once again, |
| 1:25.7 | whether it be good results or bad results. The brain is not |
| 1:29.3 | discriminating between the two of those. But the thing is, when you think about the belief itself, |
| 1:35.3 | we know that we, that belief is something that we believe to be true about ourselves or the world. |
| 1:42.3 | But it's also, we now know know an illusion. It's an illusion |
| 1:46.7 | that we're holding onto. Now, if that belief is negative, then it's going to be really |
