Happiness is a choice. I know you've heard that quote, but hold up. Nope, it's actually

your habits. Now, you've seen the quote, you've seen the memes, you've seen the posts around social media, that happiness is a choice.

But I want to ask you, have you actually chosen happiness?

And have you actually chosen your goals with your habits?

You see, when I ask clients or members of my aging and reverse community or my friends,

what do you want? I always get some goal that leads to their reason why of so I can be happy.

Think about it. Think about who you've asked that question to. What do they always say?

So I can be happy.

You see, the goal is not really what the problem is.

It's how we think we get there that's totally broken these days.

Because we think that we have to feel a certain way. And that when we do, when we have that feeling, that that feeling will lead to the new actions and ultimately

But no, that actually never works.

It works temporarily when you numb it out, and I know many people do that.

When you force it under alcohol or drugs or other masking behaviors, you can temporarily

give you a fake feeling. But that's not really

the answer. You see, you may never actually feel like it. You may never feel like it. Do you think

successful athletes always 100% feel like doing their training? They don't. But they do it anyways. Do you think that

leaders and change makers that they always feel like doing what they've got to do? Nope. But they

do it anyways. Do you think the entrepreneurs, the people I've interviewed on leveling up here,
