your routine. Now, I'm a big believer in solid routines rather than just winging it, right?

A solid, highly structured daily routine for your exercise, for your workday, for your

personal growth program. But, and here's the big but, when the routine starts to feel routine,

something needs to change. Again, whether you're exercising,

working on your mindset, whether you're going through your workday, there are some things

you have to do to keep the routine invigorating or you start going through the motions

and stop doing it with excellence. So maybe you need to add something or just stop something

or do more of something or do more of something, or do less

of something in any of those arenas that I talked about, even a small tweak can create more

energy that energizes you. Now, routines can be energizing, but if you're going through the motions,

you're not as energized, and that can de-energize you and even negatively affect those

around you as they pick up on your energy. So I want you to evaluate your routines. All right,

maybe it's with your spouse, maybe it's with your exercise routine, your mindset routine,

your workplace routine, wherever you have a structured routine and find little tweaks to energize it. So then your

routine energizes you and you can better energize others. And this is something you can do right
