So today we have Jordan Schroier, who is our newest slash second newest member of the FT group.

We also have Ian, who is, I think, our newest.

because obviously we're growing every day, which is fantastic. Mainly thanks to you guys.

Because obviously if you guys weren't watching and buying stuff on the store and commenting

and making articles and doing forum posts and just growing the community,

we wouldn't really be here.

So thanks to you guys for allowing these guys that are next to me and gals to be a part of

not only this podcast, but this wonderful thing called flight test.

So one of the big things that we're going to do today

is actually just do a small employee showcase. Like we've done with a couple different people. We've

done it with Megan. We've done it with Christian and Jeremy and a couple other people. But today

it's your best turn. So that's really exciting. Last but not least. Last but not least. And I'm sure there will be more

to come. We're growing every day in content and in people and just in general. So we're really looking forward to to see who comes through the door next, in my opinion. You're never who's going to know who's going to walk through that door. Could be the FedEx guy. It could be a new employee. You never can tell, right? So at the end of the day, it is what it is. But so let's start with

ladies first, as always, Jordan Schroier. You actually have grown up in Ohio, if I'm not mistaken.

Born in Cincinnati, lived in Cambridge, Ohio since I was eight, went to Mount Union,
