excited about this episode and I'll say up front I don't know how obvious it

is in this episode but I ended up recording three episodes of the podcast this

being the first but I think the next one will be the worst me let me finish my

sentence or my thought not the worst in quality the worst in I had a terrible

sore throat actually I we even want to correct that I had no voice like my

throat wasn't really bothering me except for that it couldn't make normal Jeff

Macolino noises so as you can hear I'm like 90 90% good today but I'll be

honest this episode was a was a struggle I had to I had to mute a few times on my

end because I was coughing but the guest was phenomenal at covering for me

while I was muted that's why I think I'm releasing this episode completely

unedited which hopefully there's no coughs in there and I apologize if so but
