We get to speak with Carly Agar. And Carly is a customer success coach. She left her position where she was a

customer success manager for the past 10 plus years and now owns and operates her own customer

success business. To this date, she's helped over 400 people land customer success jobs in

this competitive market. And with her team, she's helped

experience customer success managers, but also those just getting into the field and just getting

started. Today in this episode, we talk about skills that teachers have, that they may not know

they have, that will help

position themselves for a CSM role. We also get into some different types of projects that

teachers can work on if they're looking to position themselves or a CSM role. There's things they can do

inside the classroom now to really set themselves apart.
