Hello and welcome to episode 157 of Geek's Guide to the Galaxy.

Today on the show will be discussing the new Netflix original series since 8

about a group of eight strangers from around the world who find themselves becoming part of a

telepathic group mind and this will involve spoilers for season one of

sense eight so just be aware of that and I'm joined by three guests.

So first up we've got our producer John Joseph Adams. He's the

editor of Light Speed and Nightmare Magazines and also the series editor of

Best American Science Fiction and Fantasy. He's also edited many other anthologies including the recent books

Wastelands to Operation Arcana and the end has come so John welcome back

good to be here and also generous today is Tobias Bekyll, making his eighth appearance on the show.

He's the author of the Zeno Wealth series of Space Adventure novels, The Eco-Thrillers'

Arctic Rising and Hurricane Fever, and the New York Times best-selling

HALO novel The Cole Protocol. So Toby, welcome to the show. Thanks for having me

again. And also joining us for the first time is Sam J Miller. He's a writer and a community organizer in New York City and his short fiction appears in magazines such as Light Speed, Nightmare and Strange Horizons and has been nominated for the Nebula and Theodore Sturgeon Awards and has won the Shirley Jackson Award.
