How we get to where we want to go is we keep this circle really tight and now the

fun really begins. When Courtney Difel arrived at Arkansas ahead of the 2016 season.

The Razorbacks were one of the cellar dwellers of the SEC.

The program had won just 18 SEC games in the three previous years combined, and Dyifles team won just a single conference game,

her first year on the job.

But she saw there was potential for a turnaround.

You get here, and it doesn't take long to realize that this place is really special and I just kind of looked around and I was just kind of like I don't know why not I don't know why we can't do it here

Since that first season Difo and her team have been setting records,

including winning the program's first SEC titles in 2021 and 22.

You're seeing why they are the team, they are, and they are the SEC champions.

I get chills thinking about it.

I love my job.

I love being a hog and I love getting to lead this incredible group of women.

That group has had an outstanding couple of years, but

winning the SEC while a remarkable achievement considering where the program

was isn't the end game. This program under Courtney Difle appears ready for new heights.
