Well, hello there, top teachers. We are your host, Bridget Spackman and Michelle Emerson,

0:05.8

and we are here to make your life easier by helping you master your time, organization,

0:10.6

and productivity. As a teacher, I'm so sorry, I'm giddy. I'm giddy. She is super giddy right now.

0:16.0

And it's because it's, she snorted. It's a little bit of a tradition for us to wrap up the year by reflecting on the last 12 months.

0:26.3

And teaching on the double is now three years old.

0:31.2

And we want to celebrate with all of you by sharing our favorites, the challenges, and what we plan to accomplish in this upcoming year.

0:40.8

Yay. Okay. But first, let's hear a TSA from Jamie. Jamie says, although I have prep time at school,

0:48.4

1:35.0

1:39.3

something every single time when in reality, we have a structure to our classroom. We want to keep that

1:45.3

consistency. And so if we put down these structures, it's going to help keep us very focused and

1:50.8

intentional with that time when we go to lesson plan. So definitely check out episodes 141 to 144.

1:58.6

Okay. Well, that nailed it. So the only thing, the only thing I have to add is, I think in these

2:06.0

2:12.0

your lesson planning, you know that you're giving up time that you could be doing other things with.

2:17.5

So spending time with your family, for example.
