so let's get started here. Let's talk about organization's ability to be Agile in their decision-making

process. We can make the distinction here between the big A Agile as in strictly subscribing to

the Agile methodology or the small A Agile as in just generally being adaptive, nimble,

and methodical, and approach to improvement. What do you see as the biggest challenge to

organizations being able to be nimble in their decision-making process? I don't think sometimes

they have all the right information or people in the room. I've seen a lot of organizations who

make a decision and then without the right people information, they go out and try to do something

and it becomes, hey, we need to check this or this needs to be engaged and involved. So my

thought is that truly having the right structure around what you need to make that decision,
