So a few days ago on Friday, July 14th, an arrest was made in this case.

And this came as a huge shock to everyone, even people closely connected to the case

as this case had lead dormant for over a decade.

And some even thought that the proper time, attention, or respect to solving this case

just might not happen.

But finally, under the watch of the current elected and law enforcement officials, the

stain of the James Burke legacy and the infringement and alleged possible involvement in this case

has been removed.
