as we float through eternity trying to figure out this this existence this wild wild existence

has it been intense for you guys lately man my October has been pretty intense so far and

I imagine you know I've had a lot of people tell me same thing in their world

I'm just yeah doing the best I can with what I got from where I'm at I imagine you're doing the same

I saw a really really um powerful statement the other day I mean it's something that I've

actually said a bunch of times on the show but I like the way this was kind of concisely phrased

if I react I repeat and that's the one that really really helps to um

yeah I mean that getting that I've talked about before that how important it is for me not to

react to situations and scenarios and overwhelm and all those things it's such a

a motivator to know if if I don't want to repeat this I best not react and you know I still have
