1:05.8 | be aware of because it's happened somewhat incrementally. And that's what we're going to talk |
1:11.1 | about today. And that tectonic shift is about, is work trending toward being non-relational? |
1:17.9 | And are we getting used to that? And are we going to look back 10 years from now? |
1:22.2 | 20 years from now and say, wow, the entire nature of the world of work really |
1:26.6 | changed. 20 years ago I wrote a book called The Five Disfunctions of a Team, which was all about |
1:33.0 | relationship at work. And today more and more we're finding people having jobs where they don't |
1:38.7 | really even know their co-workers. And that trend I thought would be have declined by now. |
1:45.4 | And it seems to be continuing. And that's what we're going to talk about today. |
