about when you don't have a date to a dance. Hey you guys, I just got so excited. I was sitting down to

this podcast just now and I was going to do a listener shout-out.

And I went to check the reviews for the podcast, and there was this review there, and I wanted to read it to you guys.

It's from a mom, and she says, my daughter has been struggling through a breakup for weeks.

She was unable to move on and would routinely bump into her ex with a new girlfriend.

She listened to the breakup podcast and moved from sad and angry to an I'm ready to forgive

and forget and move forward state.

Now that she's going to prom alone, the prom podcast was next, and it also relieved

many of the stressors weighing on her. Highly recommend this for teen struggles. It's also

helpful for me as the parent to understand her anxiety, her thoughts, and feelings because

Sammy says out loud what my teen holds in. What got me so excited about this review was today we're talking about what to do when you

don't have a date for a dance.
