Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of the podcast.

Today's episode, working title, is what you don't see while building a supplement brand.

I've been thinking a lot about this last couple weeks when my morning runs,

especially post Ironman.

My running volume has decreased significantly.

As I've talked about, strength training has increased, which feels really good.

And right now I'm running about 20 to 25 miles per week. So Monday, Wednesday, Friday, five miles every morning.

And then Saturday morning is either a five mile or 10 mile run or somewhere in between.

Occasionally I'll run more or less,

but that is generally what my running training looks like right now.

And I do a lot of my reflection during those morning runs.

Even now, you know, five-mile runs

take significantly less time than when I was running 9, 10, 11 plus miles each day.

But it still stimulates a lot of just thought and perspective.
