| 0:20.4 | I've been thinking a lot about this last couple weeks when my morning runs, |
| 0:26.0 | especially post Ironman. |
| 0:29.4 | My running volume has decreased significantly. |
| 0:33.0 | As I've talked about, strength training has increased, which feels really good. |
| 0:38.9 | And right now I'm running about 20 to 25 miles per week. So Monday, Wednesday, Friday, five miles every morning. |
| 0:47.3 | And then Saturday morning is either a five mile or 10 mile run or somewhere in between. |
| 0:53.6 | Occasionally I'll run more or less, |
| 0:55.5 | but that is generally what my running training looks like right now. |
| 1:02.1 | And I do a lot of my reflection during those morning runs. |
| 1:09.8 | Even now, you know, five-mile runs |
| 1:12.2 | take significantly less time than when I was running 9, 10, 11 plus miles each day. |
| 1:21.2 | But it still stimulates a lot of just thought and perspective. |
| 1:25.5 | And the last couple years, |
| 1:27.6 | it's been really powerful |
| 1:28.8 | for my entrepreneurial journey, |
| 1:33.1 | for BPN. |
| 1:34.8 | And something I've been thinking about |
