Why do you have a microphone cover right here you ask listeners? Well, it's because

then my voice doesn't get like this as I speak. So, you know, and I'll get a little reward

for being such a good podcaster if I do things like that. There's a fluffy mic cover on and it

makes me feel a little bit more like Madonna. I'll admit. Very exciting episode for you today.

I'm really thrilled that we managed to get none other than Sean Faye on the podcast today.

Sean Faye has written a book called The Transgender Issue, An Argument for Justice and that would

be great in and of itself, which has become a huge bestseller and has had huge cultural impact

and for me appears to be part of the movement from, oh, new neighbors, new neighbors walking past

walking the dog. Two women together. Could they be lesbians? I'm desperately trying to find

other guys. It seems to me that Sean's book is a sort of sign of the times that the narrative

is being handed back to in small but good, positive ways to trans people to be able to tell their own

stories and point out how they are this target for so much for ore in the press but rarely asked

about it themselves unless they are asked to defend themselves, which they should not have to be

having to be defending themselves. They should be given compassion and love and support to be the

people that they know they are. It really is as simple as that and Sean is also incredibly
