I guess it's taken away all the confusion because what do people do? They get paralysis by analysis. They don't do introspective work. They just, they know that something's wrong and they just survive the way through life.

They get into routines and habits that don't serve them.

They know they're doing things that is sabotage and behavior,

So, where are you from? Where did you come from originally?

So originally I grew up in a town called Fort William in northwest Scotland.

So it's quite a small place, you know, small population, one horse town type type set up.

But I moved away from there to join the Army when I was 17, so about a hundred years ago.

Yeah, well, you know, what year was that?

So I was, I joined the army in 1994.

So yeah, nearly fit, God, that just hit me all of a sudden that, it'll be 30 years next year.

So yeah, that's flown by.

Well, what was going on in the world back then, you know, for the UK and as far as military

operations go.

Back in the 90s it was more Bosnia.

Was the main flockelings maybe to us some degree.

No, no, I mean that was then somewhere that the British Army still sort of conducted exercises

and they still had people posted there until quite recently but
