for this season preview edition of the Sixers Beat.

This is awkward.

We didn't know when a third person should have chimed in there.

It was different. We have have to get use of this.

You know, the highlight of the week, obviously, that Shake Milton one-on-one performance the other day.

Mike, you miss this. And this is probably the most we'll see how to shake Milton in a long, long time. But if that was any indication, he should be an A-plus cheerleader off the bench when something good happens,

because he was fired up after winning one-on-one over Ben Simmons and Robert Covington.

But that's about all we'll spend.

The highlight of yesterday's practice, and it was one of the funniest things I've seen in a Sixers practice.

They were scrimmaging at the end, and they were working the starters.

I think it was the starters from last year.

Fultz wasn't in.

They were working on press break and all the backups, which is like T.J. and Shamit and Mascala and Amir, they were pressing them, and it was like a live scrimmage situation.
