So shortly, you'll hear me interviewing two brilliant women, Leah Saita and

Rojani Goyati, who were the two founders of an organisation named the Other Box. And their

company exists to educate and empower people to work and live more inclusively. And I was so impressed

by the depth of their knowledge, insights and experience throughout

the conversation.

I sort of really felt like it was a live learning experience for me.

And it's an episode that has stayed with me that I've continued to reflect on and has

actually really prompted me to think about what action I can take personally

and through Amazing If to be a more effective ally.
