Why hello friends. I'm sitting outside watching my kids play so this audio is going to absolutely be questionable

However, I figure why not record this for you from the reality of my

quarantine home as we all navigate this interesting time where we face the

COVID-19 and all of the craziness and us being asked to self-isolate

and you know all the things.

So in my reality what that looks like is me running this coaching business, my courses

navigating all of my students helping do lives in my groups trying to keep my house livable because y'all there are landmines everywhere

Danger danger to your feet Legos everywhere. It's crazy. Unidentified spills and dishes galore. I'm currently

wearing the same shirt for the second day in a row because I don't want to add to the laundry. I mean let's get real. So that's my current reality and my husband

still going into work. He has to go as you can tell my children are right here so yeah this is reality so

your reality probably looks something like this right so I just wanted to give you

guys a couple of tips of how I have been navigating this time for the past five days and maybe how you too can find a little

grace in this situation uncover the blessings but still get your work done still continue to grow your

business grow your podcast get your message into the world and how you can use this

to your benefit. Tip number one is the new norm.

Learn to love your new norm.
