Hey, so I'm here on my own today. Ian's out on tour for a few days. So I thought it would be a great

time to talk about all of the ways that I completely screwed up when I was starting out,

because there were many. And I think that, I don't know, like I'm all for sharing wins.

I think that that's really important.

But I also think that people should really share more of the struggle, more of the pain that they went through and talk about it openly.

Because ultimately we're all going through

this right we're all going through that that struggle no matter where you are on the on your

journey as a base player you're going to be going through some kind of struggle and and I mean

that as in like it really is a journey you know you start out on your journey and if it's a lifelong love for yourself,

you know, that you're going to dedicate, you know, a big chunk of your life towards.

It doesn't need to be, you don't need to be a professional player or anything like that.

You could be a really dedicated hobbyist, but you're going to be dedicating a big chunk of time and focus

and energy towards this thing that you love. And if you're doing that, you're on this

incredible journey that's going to, you know, go on for years. And the reality is that there

is real struggle and there is real self-doubt and all of the things that,

you know, surround, you know, those emotions.

And the reality is that I just don't think people talk about it enough as they should do

because it's a little weird.

I'm not sure.

And I will say, I will call, call it out.
