Look, Amazon as a company is so successful largely because

they've got a well-developed recurring revenue business model with Amazon Prime. They have an

ongoing relationship with their customers, and Amazon gets $99 per year from tons of people.

That's the recurring revenue. And in fact, this year,

Forbes reported that nearly two out of every three U.S. households has an Amazon Prime membership.

A lot of people expect Amazon to be the first ever company to hit $1 trillion in valuation. They're already about halfway there in terms of market

cap. Well, gosh, don't you wish that you could do what Amazon does? Well, of course you can.

And you are. As a real estate investor, this model probably sounds pretty familiar to you. You set up a recurring revenue business model like Amazon does.
