forward to talking here. Let's start by talking about company culture and leadership's role.

So just so we're on the same page and the listeners share our vocabulary here. How do you define

company culture? Well, company culture, you know, there's all sorts of definitions. But essentially,

this is the unseen and structured environment that guides people's both strategy,

leadership, and operations. You can almost picture those three environments encircled by

company culture. It's not just, you know, things coming out of HR for better benefit packages.

It's unseen things. It's branding. It's a rapport in relationships. How people get hired.

Consistency of values. You know, it's not the values on the wall. It's how work gets done.

So, you know, I take a page from company culture by visiting other cultures, you know,

for example, I have quite a few friends that live in Europe and in Hawaii and indigenous people
