I get to I get to still have that wrestling bond with so many of the guys and

gals in the UFC which is really really fun to still be a part of that community and see guys like Daniel

Cormier and Chris Wideman and and you know these guys that I used to train with and

compete against that they're still out there living the dream and I get to you know part of that, Camar Ousman and the like.

We can endure anything and adapt and pivot and change. Wrestling gave us that ability.

I would say nothing in life has impacted me more than the things wrestling has taught me in terms of

self-reflection, resilience.

Some guys have it, some guys don't.

Adversity, 100% how to pick myself up and be a man after I failed.
