Summary

Studies have shown the health benefits of friendship include a stronger immune system, faster recovery time from illness, lower anxiety levels, and an increase in generosity levels. We all need some of that, right?

Well, today, I have one of my dearest friends on the podcast, and she’s talking about how to make all that true for you through friendship. Lisa Whelchel is unpacking the importance of friendship for grown-ups.

Lisa first entered our hearts through our TV screens on the 80’s show, The Facts of Life, and more recently as she toughed it out on the TV show Survivor. She’s an author, actor and life coach, and she’s one of the warmest and most wise women I know.

You will really love getting to know Lisa in this vulnerable and practical conversation!
