Before we dive in, I feel like what I would like is, can you give me the brief version of, how have we gotten

here?

Because I just feel like you've just dumped out onto a desk, I've got these email apps and like a bunch of problems that have

getting all these messages. I feel like, how have we arrived where we are right now

for the sake of clarity? Okay, so I've always been a notifications person. I like getting notifications and when I started

my first business, Relay FM, I was responsible for sales and especially when you're starting out a business like that and

you're trying to build a client base, being as responsive as possible is very helpful.

For sure.

So having email notifications would mean that I was going to get back to people in a timely manner and I would be able to handle it that way.

This was many years that I did this job and over this time I built habits especially around triage like I was

able to use my notifications as triage so you know I get a bunch of email I could

look at the notifications I could archive them from the notifications they'd never even be
