| 0:39.7 | 2006. And since the Iron Man ended, my training has shifted back towards a hybrid training |
| 0:48.1 | model, a blend or combination of endurance training, primarily being running, and then strength training. |
| 0:57.8 | And it feels so good to be back in the gym. I will tell you, I've said this many times before, |
| 1:03.6 | but at the core of who I am, Nick Bear is a meathead. |
