Summary

Hey Spooksters! Today we’ll be discussing the Maria Leonor Montalvo case. Maria’s husband Simon Montalvo was found murdered on their property on May 4, 2013. The children and Maria were nowhere to be found. Eventually, police locate the children with relatives in another state. As the police get further into the investigation, we learn that Maria was the one responsible for Simon's death. 1:05.3	Yet. Take a chill pill. I want to be able to digest. I watch like a lot of hours of court today and have a lot of opinions, but want it to be perfect for you guys. So I did find you another case, which I did not know existed until last week and I'm excited about.
1:23.6	Ooh. Okay. So today we're going to be talking about the murder of Simon Montalvo, and it's going to be, it's an interesting little story.
1:34.1	So in April, we're going to travel back to April of 2013.
1:38.8	Simon Montalvo kind of goes, and his family go missing.
1:43.2	In fact, on the 21st of April, 2013, Simon and his family
1:47.3	were last seen at a burger joint in Arlington, Texas. They lived in DeSoto, Texas, which I'm assuming
1:52.3	is close because I'm bad at California geography, so let me tell you, like, Texas geography,
1:57.6	I'm worse. On April 21st is the last time they're seen.
2:04.4	And on April 28th, the whole family is reported missing.
2:09.5	His brother calls the police and says, hey, my brother has, like, they haven't been answering their phone.
2:10.5	We're getting really worried.
2:11.9	No one's seen the family.
2:13.3	We tried to, like, you know, find them, but we're not being successful at all.
