On The HEAL BLOG this week don't miss Eight Ways A Controlling Environment Leads To Trauma.

Jana's trauma began in the womb. Her father would beat her mother as Jana grew inside. As a newborn, the trauma continued for Jana as her very young mother was unable to feed her. In fact, Jana would go on to tick all 10 boxes on the Adverse Childhood Experiences test, a measure of trauma in childhood. But a life changing, out-of-body experience at age twelve gave Jana an incredible insight. In that moment she found her voice and spoke up for the very first time. She found an understanding into why she was here and who her parents really were. Jana has spent a lifetime learning how to heal herself so that she can teach others how to heal and everything she shares is deeply valuable. Jana is the author of Wise Little One, her story of healing from childhood trauma. You can find Jana's book HERE. You can connect with Jana via her website or on Instagram.
