Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. If you're new to this

0:16.3

podcast or you've been listening for a while, today's episode is a pretty

1:29.0

1:35.3

But really that's irrelevant because we all can think of examples, innumerable examples,

1:42.1

where two people face the exact same thing and one turns it into

1:46.4

growth and the second person turns it into despair. It's all how we think about how we

1:52.1

contemplate things that truly shapes who we are.

1:55.8

For example, I know we all know people who've gone through divorce and we know some of them
