Welcome to Grumpy old geeks for April 1st, 2016. I am Jason DeFilippo and I'm Brian Schultmeister.

And unlike the rest of the internet today, we're not going to play any pranks.

None whatsoever because this is the day the internet breaks.

Yes, it's kind of horrible out there. So anyways, I want to thank everybody for coming to our

three-year anniversary party last weekend. We had quite the turnout. I think roughly around 30

people shuffled in and out through the entire time we were there, which I dare say other than say

your Adam Corolla's where you pay to go see him. That's a pretty damn good turnout for a podcast.

Yeah, yeah, it wasn't so bad. We had a really good time. And I especially want to thank

friend of the show Joey Robby for 3D printing me a brand new mule that I had lost in a move.

But this time it's a Grumpy old geeks themed mule. Which we'll have pictures in the show notes for.

Yeah, make sure you send me a photo of that so we can post that later.

Yeah, and I could desperately use that on this podcast today, but a little bit later because we're

Yes, so we'll put it on our Instagram account. Google launched the worst April Fools joke today.

Apparently, it may have even cost some people some jobs and they quickly took it down.

Oh, really? Yes, they put a minion's mic drop animated gift that you could send as through Gmail.

Unfortunately, because of their UI, they replaced the normal send one send button or the send

right next to it, which I've sent an archive button with the send plus mic drop. So people at work

did this. Oh, no, so everybody was archiving their mail and they didn't mean to. Yeah, and instead
