So Europe has been struck by another nasty wave of COVID and many countries are tightening their restrictions in response.

A lot of eyes are on Austria in particular because in the space of about a week it's imposed this unprecedented lockdown for the unvaccinated

which quickly became a general lockdown for all citizens and now it's become the first

European country to plan essentially compulsory vaccinations.
