Forgiveness, yeah, without the apology.

Yeah, if you don't forgive completely and immediately, that's the key with forgiveness, completely

and immediately.

It's like a tree, a sapling.

It's easy to pull out a sapling when they're growing in the garden.

But if you let that thing stay, it starts to get harder and harder to pull out.

You need two hands.

You got to get a lopper.

You got to dig it out.

And so to the degree that I keep resentment with me for a decade, two decades, that's a problem.

Then I need serious therapy.

You don't want to have it for even one day, even 10 minutes.

And it's a practice.

You get better at it by practicing relinquishing, relinquishing the resentment.

And you got to let go of it completely.

I can't be like, well, I sort of forgive them.
