The good thing about making a podcast for so long, and the Juice Box podcast has been going for 11 years, is that you have time to really dig into topics.

The bad thing about that could be that you end up with so many episodes that it's difficult

to find the information that you're looking for when you're looking for something specific.

Some listeners jump right in, and they're not daunted by it, but others, I've been told,

can stop themselves from listening because it feels overwhelming.

So I'm going to explain today each series that's contained in the podcast and what you'll find inside of them.

I'll start with the original series called Diabetes Pro Tip. I created these 27 episodes with Jenny Smith, a certified diabetes care and education specialist. She's also a nutritionist

and a person who's been living with type 1 herself for over 35 years. Jenny and I took what I thought

were the seminal ideas of my daughter's care, and we put them into a laser-focused grouping

of conversations that I believe will lead you

to an A1C where you want it. They follow my theory that if you understand how to use insulin,

the rest of it can fall into place. The Diabetes Pro Tip series is available at juicebox podcast.com. Just go up in the

menu, click on series. You'll see all of them right there, including Diabetes Pro Tip. You can listen

straight through from episode 1,000 to 1,025. Then you've got to leap forward to episode 1,447 to get the last episode of the series.

I know that is not perfect, but it's how podcasts work.
