0:00.0	I visited the Facebook campus once.
0:02.4	It's in the Bay Area near San Francisco, California.
0:05.6	I just showed up unannounced and walked around the place.
0:08.8	My friend was with me and he had to pee, so we looked for a way in, but we couldn't find any way into the buildings.
0:13.9	We were just curious what it was like inside, though.
0:16.2	But while I was walking around the Facebook campus, I saw a bunch of bicycles painted in the Facebook blue
0:22.6	with the Facebook logo on them. Apparently, it's a thing in Silicon Valley that tech giants like
0:28.4	Google and Facebook have these bikes around their campus for anyone to use. For when you need to get
0:34.4	to a meeting in another building, just hop on one of the company bikes and take it where you want.
0:38.6	It makes it super convenient to get around their large campuses.
0:42.3	Well, since I was there and I saw these bikes, I decided to hop on one and go for a ride.
0:48.8	They aren't locked or have any code or anything.
0:50.7	They're just sitting there for anyone to use.
0:52.7	Dozens of them are all over the campus.
0:55.1	So I hopped on one, and I rode it around, zooming down sidewalks, ripping around corners,
1:00.3	and for a brief moment, I felt like a Facebook employee, whizzing by other people, I presume to be
1:05.6	employees. Nobody said anything. And I left the bike on the other side of the campus.
1:10.7	As I spent more time in
1:12.2	Silicon Valley, I saw more and more of these bikes all over the place, like people had ridden
1:16.9	bikes from the Google campus over to the HP campus, or you'd see Facebook bikes over at the
1:22.1	Cisco offices. The bikes were scattered all over town, and I presume it's because people ride them from office to office.
1:29.5	And maybe they're inside doing some meeting or something, and they'll ride back later.
