This is an episode I didn't know if I would ever do, it is very personal, it is about

how I got my relationship with alcohol under control.

You have ever wondered if you are a raging alcoholic or I guarantee you know someone, even

if you yourself have never struggled with alcohol, if you're like my mom, my mom can mysteriously

have one drink and be done, it's the craziest thing I've ever seen.

If you're like that, you probably know someone who has struggled with alcohol and you probably

have some kind of addiction going on, maybe it's shopping, maybe it's something else and

the principles I will talk about here really apply to any kind of addiction.

So I'm going to open up about what I went through in that department and share all of my secrets.
