John and me and our guests have recorded a part one in part two, but he actually had to run.

So I am jumping in the host chair and sitting down for this really amazing part three now with our guests.

Let's welcome back for our part three, Mackenzie and Gerald.

We have been just the interview us.

I'm like, I'm the host of this podcast.

Well, we've had a really fun time all day talking about Gerald's upbringing in Zimbabwe,

what led him to America, his journey into the Mormon church, and then Mackenzie's upbringing,

her attending BYU.

I'm not really having a lot of luck on the dating scene, things that she learned,

studying abroad in Jerusalem, and then eventually connecting with Gerald, Gerald and her meeting.

And their marriage in the San Diego temple.

So that's a really brief overview, but if you want to know more about their story,

they're upbringing what led them to this point that we're going to start getting into,

please go back and watch part one and part two.

But in this part three, we are jumping into where they started to get a little bit more nuanced in their faith.
