Are you running your fucking mouth?

Or are you practicing what you preach

and preaching what you practice?

So I guess essentially authenticity.

This goes in many different ways.

It goes with nutrition, quality over quantity,

but also goes with your own personal integrity.

Are you actually doing what you say other people should do?

Are you trying to live authentically to yourself is really more? Because whether or not you think

someone else should do something, you're not in control of other people's lives, but are you

living the way that you are promoting?

Is your message coherent and congruent is a better word, congruent with how you live your life?

Are you being a hypocrite?

So authenticity is important and making sure that you're doing the right shit when no one's looking because that's when you're getting results.

You're getting results when no one's looking.
