The team came off of a massive meet-up in Costa Rica.

Location didn't really matter, I found out if you read the blog, but everyone being

together was awesome. Monday night I shared my three year vision of the company

with the entire team.

It was a lot of fun.

And part of my vision involved Pace

where we've been working on a bit of a small business effort.

Mark and I have been working on that.

Mark is a seasoned small business owner,

and he's been working for Wineb for just about two years and he

was heading up the pace side of things. I worked on a book that I actually am quite

proud of called Pace and it's just written to small business owners.

It's the WANAB method but speaking on in business terms and I really enjoyed writing it. I also enjoyed exploring my own personal

growth as far as being a small business owner and being stressed about money and all of that.

So Mark and I over the last six months, eight months have been

picking up clients and these clients have been paying us really well to basically apply the WINAB method to their business.

And we're looking for specific businesses that fit a profile where we can really deliver a lot of value.
