Adam, I hate it so much.

You do? Yes. Why do I hate it? Because my children were up at 5.30 in the morning

ready to go. Painful. And I who get up before them was up at 4.30 for the last two

nights up at 4.30. Oh Adam. Wide awake it ruins my life and then you get up at 5.30 most days. Yes

Do you know when you're tired? No it's I have to how do you what do you do at 5.30? I go work out. I'm by myself, I sit in silence, like... This is where you get your rejuvenation?
